How the store works
Browse or search the store to find the product(s) you're looking for. Once you've placed your product(s) in the shopping cart and want to proceed with the order, click the top right shopping cart icon to go to the checkout page. Here you enter your address and contact information, select shipping and payment method. You can choose to pay with Klarna (credit or debit card) or PayPal. Both payment providers will reserve the order amount until your order is shipped from us.
Once you've completed checkout you'll receive an order confirmation by email from us and another email when your order is shipped. You will also receive an email and/or text message from DHL with tracking and various info about delivery. See the Delivery section for further details. Should you fail to receive any of these emails, please check your junk mail folder before contacting us.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you experience problems or have questions. Your shipment is always our responsibility until it's safely delivered to you.

All prices are duties and taxes included. No further fees apply.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. If you want to return the undamaged product(s) within 14 days of receipt, please contact us to arrange a free return.
